App versus browser on adaqq
Our adaqq app offers offline account access, push notifications for live events, and faster table loading through local caching. The app stores your session data locally, so you can check your balance and transaction history without an internet connection. Browser access works on any device with a modern web browser and requires no installation. Both paths deliver the same HD live-dealer experience and sportsbook coverage. Common installation issues on adaqq
If your Android device blocks the APK installation, check that unknown sources are enabled in Settings > Security. Some devices show a certificate warning; this is normal for APKs downloaded outside the Play Store. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes on launch, clear your app cache (Settings > Apps > adaqq > Storage > Clear Cache) and restart. For iOS users, if the home-screen shortcut does not work, delete it and re-add it: open adaqq in Safari, tap Share, select "Add to Home Screen," and name it "adaqq." If live tables buffer frequently, move closer to your router or switch to a 5 GHz network if available. Contact our support team if issues persist.
Data, permissions, and account security on adaqq
Our adaqq app requests permission to access your device's camera (for account verification photos), microphone (for live-dealer audio), and storage (for app cache). We do not access your contacts, calendar, or location. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your payment credentials are never stored on your device; we tokenize all transactions through certified payment processors. Your account password is hashed and salted; we cannot recover it if lost. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
